Interface and coordination management is a distinct challenge and one of the major focus areas from a construction management point of view is that it is not easy to keep up with the required progress while interfacing between disciplines and working in a safe environment.
BVi is actively involved in EPCM projects for mining and industrial companies. We are experienced in the full life cycle of mining and industrial projects from conception through bankable feasibility to implementation.
