Consequently, BVi’s 350-strong team is responsible for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management of various projects in close relationship with Project Managers, Discipline Engineers, Contract Managers, Construction Supervisors, Quality Personnel and Safety Officers.
The BVi project delivery system covers all aspects of EPCM including Project Management, Engineering, Contract Administration, Procurement, Safety Management, Risk Management, Change Management, Documentation Management and Construction Monitoring.
