Last year, BVi was proud to achieve the singular distinction of having delivered half a century
of outstanding engineering excellence.

To celebrate our 50th year anniversary, BVi decided to invite 50 schools in the seven regions
in which we operate to participate in an exciting essay competition for grade 11 learners.
On 7 December 2017, a function was held to honour these winners, our ‘BVi Visionaries’.
The winner in each region each received a bursary of R80 000 per annum for the duration
of their studies. The overall winner, Tiisetso Morgan Ntlhane, received an additional R40 000,
which amounts to R120 000 per annum for the duration of his studies.
